The Happiness Project is a group that is passionate about mental wellness. Our founders come from three Christian faith communities in Bells Corners in Ottawa's west end. We aren't professional therapists, but we are represented by many dynamic groups, service organizations and compassionate people that are working to live The Good News every day. We want to ensure those who are living with mental health know where to look for help (see Find Help page). We also want to help those who want to help a loved one, but don't know where to start.
We are dedicated to helping people by organizing and hosting events, both in person and online, which are focused on discussion, empathy and support. All of this is rooted in our Christian faith. The best way to get involved with our project is to connect with us via email, on Facebook or check out our YouTube page.
If you feel you are in immediate danger, please seek medical help or dial 9-1-1.
